Real Friends, Real You: Boundaries & Belonging for Teen Girls
A creative therapy group for teen girls (ages 13–17) who want to build healthier, more authentic friendships. Led by Kimmy Fourney, LCPC, LGPAT, ATR-BC, this 6-week virtual group combines art therapy, reflection, and conversation to help teens strengthen confidence, boundaries, and connection.

This group is for teens who:

  • Feel anxious or unsure in friendships

  • Struggle to set boundaries or say no

  • Take care of everyone else but themselves

  • Have been hurt by friends and want to rebuild trust

  • Want to feel more confident being their real selves

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What healthy connection looks and feels like

  • How to express needs and handle conflict

  • Building confidence and self-compassion

  • Belonging without losing yourself
