Yes! I provide superbills for clients who wish to submit claims to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill includes my licensure, session dates, CPT codes, and fees paid. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by insurance plan, so clients are encouraged to confirm their benefits with their provider. Submitting a superbill may allow you to receive partial or full reimbursement for therapy sessions, including individual therapy, EMDR, and art therapy.
